Q: Can I return or cancel the dress if I change my mind?
A: Even standard size dresses are made to order for each customers. The custom nature of our dresses means our cancellation and Return Policy is stricter than other items, so it’s important to order carefully.

Q: Will I be able to alter my dress if I receive it and it doesn’t fit exactly right?
A: Yes. If your size fluctuates or you want to modify the dress slightly, we always leave a few inches in the seams so that your local tailor can easily make alterations as needed. Dresses generally have a margin of 1 inches on either side of a seam. Flower detailing, beading or belts/ribbons may limit ability to let a dress out.

Q: Would I pay extra cost if to custom make the dress with my own measurement?
A: All dresses are custom made after order, even for standard size. And we will not charge extra custom made charge if your measurement are not of plus size range.If your size or measurement are of plus size, our labour cost will be increased as well as the shipping weight, we would charge USD30 plus size charge.

Q: Will the dress looks exactly as shown on the pictures?
A: Please note that our items are hand-made, and they cannot be 100% exactly like the items in the photos. Just like hand painted pictures, painting the same image twice can never be exactly the same. Each listing is for making you an item which is about 80-90% like the item in the photos we have provided.If you have any specific requirements, you must inform us prior to production to avoid any possible alteration fees.

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our dresses (including sashes, and wraps) are made-to-order, whether you ordered a standard size or custom measurements, and the materials cannot be reused once the creation process has begun. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. Please refer to our cancellation and return policies below for details.
– Item cancellation requests received within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
– Item cancellation requests received within 24 to 72 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.
– Item cancellation requests received more than 72 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost.
– Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you are returning or exchanging dresses, clothing, or accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair, no perfume.
