Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress has been made to your order specifications. Try on your dress as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress.

If you are returning or exchanging dresses or accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached.
For an ordinary size item-If there is a quality problem and you want to apply for a refund, please upload some persuasive pictures or video, once it is verified, you can send the item back to us (customer commits the shipping cost), and we will give you a full refund of the item.

All wedding and formal dresses are customizable, though we also offer a range of sizes from 2-18W. Wedding dresses can be tailored in ivory, white, champagne, and pink, while there are also several color options for formal dresses.

Q:What if my dress is not available?
A:If your dress is not in stock and for some reason we cannot order it , we will notify you and give you other options to choose from or you can cancel your order. You can provide other of your favorite dress style pictures, after confirmation, we will reply you asap.
Q:What if I want a dress in a color that is not listed?
A:The colors that we list on the product detail page are the only colors in which that style dress is produced in. We also show all the pictures we have available so if the picture is not shown we cannot show you that dress in that color
Q:Can I see the dress in other colors?
A:Unfortunately we are only allowed to send or post pictures provided to us by the manufacturers of the dresses we sell. Not all colors of the dresses are pictured by the manufacturers and therefore all the pictures you see are the only ones we have available. Only thing you can try to do is find another dress by that same company called the same color and it will be the same depending on the fabric.
Q:Do you rent dresses?
A:Sorry we do not rent dresses.
Q:Why is my order still processing?
A:Orders take 24-72 business hours to respond back with a ship date.
Q:How do I upgrade my shipping?
A:Simply respond to your confirmation email with the method you would like to change it to.
Q:Can I get a dress with extra length?
A:Please email or call us with style number and we can find further information for you. Some designers can make extra length.
Q:Why can I no longer find the dress that I found before?
A:Once an item has no more available stock and the manufacturer is no longer making it, it is removed from our webpage as available and will no longer show up in searches.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
